Privacy Policy

With this policy, Eko design srl. intends to inform the users visiting the website "https://www.cartadaparati.it/en/"(hereinafter the "Site") of the policy adopted in terms of Personal Data Protection, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of the Site's visitors. We kindly ask you to carefully read our Privacy Policy which applies both in case you access the website and decide to simply navigate within it using our services, without purchasing any product, and in case you decide to make purchases.

We also kindly ask you to read, if you have not already done so, the service conditions because they contain important information about the security systems adopted by the Site.

Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, except for some areas where the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data about him to access specifically identified services (e.g. to be able to proceed with purchases, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). Therefore, where the visitor intends to provide his personal data to access such additional services, he will be expressly informed in accordance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, "Code regarding the protection of personal data", (the "Code") and EU Regulation 679/2016 "General Data Protection Regulation" (the "Regulation") with indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by Eko design srl, as well as the right to request at any time the deletion of the data or the updating of the same. Any reference to the Code contained in the Privacy Policy, and on the Site in general, must be understood as valid and effective to the extent and as long as the rules referred to remain in force after the entry into force of the Regulation (25 May 2018).

The website is not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen, who are also prohibited from creating an account or otherwise providing their personal information.

For the purposes and effects of the Code and the Regulations, Eko design srl provides the following information.

1. The Data Controller and Processors

The Data Controller of personal data is Eko design srl, located at Via A. Vespucci n. 163, 65126 Pescara PE, C.F. and VAT number 01975560689, email info@cartadaparati.it (hereinafter "Eko design", the "Owner" or the "Company").

For exclusively organizational and operational needs, we have appointed some service providers essential to the management of the Site as external managers for the processing of users' personal data for purposes strictly related and linked to the provision of services provided by the Site, including the sale of products.

2. Types of personal data processed

To access the Site, it is not necessary to register. However, there are sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password (e.g. to register for the personal area, or to complete the online purchase process), or services for which it is necessary to provide your data (e.g. your data may be requested to access newsletter services, to contact us, etc.). 3. Optional provision of personal data

The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases, the failure to provide data may result in the inability to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. registration - and the provision of personal data, email address, postal address, credit/debit card data or bank details and the telephone number - is necessary to proceed with the purchase of products online); the failure to provide such data may therefore prevent Eko design srl from allowing access to the services of the Site or responding to user requests.

The necessary data from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms present on the Site - for example, indicated with an (*) - and the consequences of their non-provision are reported in the specific information present on the data collection pages.

4. Purpose

The data is collected and processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Site, its services, and the purchase of online products. The purposes of data use are detailed in the specific information provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask you to read the information that from time to time illustrates the characteristics of the treatments that will be carried out by Eko design srl (e.g., for registration to the newsletter service, to access the personal area, etc.). The processing of your data will be carried out in full compliance with privacy legislation.

5. Mode, duration of data processing and scope of communication

The data may be processed both electronically and on paper (e.g. for managing purchases on the Site). Eko design srl guarantees the lawful and fair processing of personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the utmost confidentiality of the data provided at the time of registration. All information collected is transmitted in a secure connection to prevent interception by third parties.

Any data potentially provided by users will be processed for the time periods specified in the specific information provided at the time of data collection.

The data will not be communicated or disseminated to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and with prior authorization from the same.

This information is provided only for the site. https://www.cartadaparati.it/en/ and not also for other websites possibly consulted by the user through connection links. Eko design srl cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this Site.

7. "Profiling" Tools and Cookies

Eko design srl does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising activities without the prior express consent of the user.

The Site uses "cookies", both technical (i.e., to facilitate navigation and use of the Site), and profiling (i.e., to analyze users and their behaviors and preferences, and to provide them with personalized advertising).

- Purpose of the collection

- Acceptance of cookies

By sending a communication to the email address info@cartadaparati.it, you can at any time exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 23 of the Regulation, including knowing which data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use it, modify the data you have provided or delete it, ask us to limit the use of your data or to have a copy of it, always with the possibility to change your consents or object to the use of your data.

We remind you that, if you are not satisfied with the responses received from Pixartprinting (pursuant to paragraph 7 above), you may, in any case, if you believe that the treatment concerning you violates the provisions of the Regulations, file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.www.garanteprivacy.it), or to the Guarantor Authority of the country where you usually reside, work or where the alleged violation occurred.

The processing of your data will take place in accordance with EU Regulation 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation and the national legislation applicable to the specific case, to the extent that such legislation remains in force after the date of application of the Regulation (May 25, 2018).

8. Place of data processing

The treatments related to the services provided by the Site are carried out (i) at the headquarters of Eko design srl indicated in point 1 above and are carried out by the processing managers of the Sales & Marketing Department, (ii) as well as by the companies that provide services functional to the management of the Site, appointed as external data processing managers. A complete list of the external managers appointed by Eko design srl can be requested at the contacts indicated in point 9 of the Privacy Policy.

To allow us to properly manage our site and fulfill our contractual obligations, your personal data may be transferred to countries not belonging to the European Union, such as Tunisia., U.S.A, United Kingdom and San Marino.

The transfer of your data will occur in full compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided by privacy regulations. By a simple request (see no. 9 of the information), you can receive more information about the transfer of your data and the guarantees provided for their protection.

Where expressly provided for by the relevant agreements, the data controllers mentioned above may also transfer users' personal data to countries outside the European Union in the course of carrying out activities on behalf of the Company, while strictly respecting the purposes indicated in this information and the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by the Regulation.

9. Rights of the interested parties

By communication to be sent to the email address support@Eko design srl.com, you may at any time exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 to 23 of the Regulation, including knowing which data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use them, modify the data you have provided to us or delete them, ask us to limit the use of your data, request to receive or transmit your data, always maintaining the possibility to change your consents (if provided). You can also always object to the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.

10. Who can one turn to to file a complaint?

We remind you that, should you be unsatisfied with the responses received from Eko design srl (see paragraph 8 above), you may, should you believe that the treatment concerning you violates the provisions of the Regulation, file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or to the Guarantor Authority of the country where you usually reside, work or where the alleged violation occurred.

11. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and the D.lgs. 196/2003 Code regarding the protection of personal data.

The Regulation ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in respect of fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the individual, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

12. Review clause

Eko design srl reserves the right to review, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy also in consideration of changes in law or regulation regarding the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by (i) sending an email to users registered on the Site and (ii) publication on the Home Page of the Site, and will be binding as soon as they are published and communicated. We therefore ask you to regularly access this section to check the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy or to check your email inbox.
